Kira Studio is working towards building high quality blockchain projects. We conceptualize and execute new-age projects based in the Blockchain and Fintech space.

Kira Studio was set-up by individuals with experience in internationally known blockchain and fintech companies like Polygon (Matic), udaanCapital, Iris, Infosys, Cognizant etc. Currently the team is of 20+ members team in India and 35+ members team globally (UK, Dubai and Europe).

We are currently is in the process of recruitment for below active (funding secured) projects:

Priori Capital - The financial SaaS for the Businesses operating in the public blockchain sector. Empowering the CFO and the financial teams to operate in an effective, efficient and error-free manner by bringing all things finance on one platform.

Aura - State-of-the art gaming ecosystem that equips gamers with everything they need to be better. This is an NFT marketplace that enables seamless buying, selling and trading of NFTs.

About the Role:

During this scale-up phase, we are looking for a tech recruitment specialist to help us build a high performance team

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure robust pipeline of candidates for key positions through screening, sourcing and shortlisting relevant profiles for open positions

- Build a talent pipeline through job portals, agencies and through alternate sources/innovative methods including search engines, user groups, blogs, referrals etc.

- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

- Update TA dashboards for all key metrics and share with relevant stakeholders

- Conduct interviews (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.

- Scheduling interviews with higher management and following up on the same to ensure a smooth process of recruitment.

- Own the complete lifecycle for the assigned Tech requirements which includes working closely with all stakeholders and attracting top talent

- Build strong partnerships with the HR team


- Tech Hiring experience: 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in B2C Technology startups or B2B enterprise

- 1+ Years of experience with closing positions in technologies like Frontend, Backend, DevOps, etc.

- Well versed with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, AngelList, InstaHyre, cutshort,, etc.

- Experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, ATS

Required Skill-set :

- Successful track record of of fast-paced high-quality tech hiring

- Strong capability in managing multiple stakeholders

- Ability to work in a start-up and under pressure

- A good grasp on sourcing from different platforms

- A leader and strategic thinker

- Solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process

- Excellent influence and communication ability
