Kinara Capital is an award winning social enterprise based in Bangalore addressing the INR 1 Trillion- debt gap between micro finance and commercial capital by providing collateral free loans in the range of Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.15,00,000 for asset finance and working capital to MSMEs. Kinara has 60 offices in 6 states and current staff strength of 350 + people.

As Kinara grows into a larger organization, there are many small or large projects that need to be undertaken that either do not fall squarely in any - department- or the capacity and skills of certain teams are not sufficient to drive the projects to completion. The person responsible for the PMO office will need to prioritize, organize, outsource, manage and drive a wide range of projects and programs to conclusion based on budgets and strategic value.

Job Description:-

- Consolidation of Management Reporting - single consolidated view of the business across operations, finance, loan management team, etc.

- Investor Management/Reporting - standardization of data to be created and then collated and sent to investors regularly

- Production of Customer Photos/Videos/Case Studies

- Cross Team Process Documentation (including Operations Manual, HR Manual, Finance Manual, etc.)

- Branding across all sales offices, customer giveaways, partner giveaways, annual retreats, etc.

- Responsible for managing the company brand by selecting and applying for awards and recognition, grants, etc.

Responsible for digital media presence including website and other social media.

- Skills: Excellent Writing Skills, Project Management, Excel Analytics, Process Mapping

Languages: Local Languages - Hindi, Tamil, Kannada - will be a huge plus.

This person will be measured on their ability to deliver projects that add value to the management and functioning of the company.

- Function independently and drive projects to completion

- Demonstrate a - can-do- attitude as projects may be short, simple, fun, tedious, or prolonged and complex

- Detailed oriented with a focus on quality of deliverables

- Work well across teams from field staff to management level

- Able to create cross-functional teams that do not directly report to the PMO to get projects done

Must have the ability to - connect the dots- to drive strategic value
