Title: Debt Relationship Manager

Team: Finance & Accounts

Purpose of Job: Management & Reporting to Stakeholder

Job Components/Responsibilities :

- Monthly Reporting & Quarterly Reporting to Lenders & Investors.

- Compilation of proposals for loan proposals.

- Legal Documents execution.

- Coordinating with other departments for any requirements.

- Covenant tracking for all stakeholders.

- Updating repayment schedule and Cost of Debt table.

- Working on RBI compliances (Quarterly Branch Info, Half yearly FDI Certificate, SAC Returns).

- Paperwork and reporting on Securitization and NCD's.

- Fund tagging & releasing in Loan Management Software.

- Preparation of Audit Pool, Book Debt Certificates.

- Coordination and providing required data for Audit.

- Pre disbursement and post disbursement lender requirements.

- Ensure financial policies and procedures are up to date.

- Understand and follow company rules and regulations

- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirement:

- At least 5 years experience.

- Aged below 32

Other Requirements:

- Technical Skills andKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good communication and interpersonalskills.

- Knowledge of latest updates & recent Case Laws, related to the business.
