POSITION SUMMARY To assist and effectively support brand management daily operations of the brand's products to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, share, profit and return on assets objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for managing operations, networks and 3P vendors to ensure flawless and timely execution of various marketing activities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Developing Brand building/marketing plans - Concept, Packaging, Product, Communication 2. Consumer & customer understanding to identify business opportunities & recommend plans to achieve it. 3. On time delivery of assigned marketing projects with alignment from all internal stakeholders and agency partners 4. Regular Competition Tracking for communication, trade, pricing related elements to influence brand's ongoing marketing decisions 5. Collaborate with trade marketing and sales team to deliver commercial plans in market 6. Manage multi-functional project teams to ensure excellence in execution (project plan development, execution, tracking and summarizing results/learning) 7. Lead business analysis and project financials to support and execute marketing business plans KEY STAKEHOLDERS : 1. Collaboration with internal departments : Marketing, Trade, Finance, Logistics, Supply Planning to lead business projects 2. Manage and coordinate with several 3Ps for executing marketing activities - ensuring quality & speed to execution on time 3. Collaborate with advertising agencies to ensure all marketing activities meets objectives and timing. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : - Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tier 1 institute with 1-4 years- experience - preferably with exposure to marketing roles in FMCG/Consumer Durables industry - The position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
