Commercial Excellence Lead, South Asia
Position Summary:
- Kimberly Clark Professional India has been a high-performing business unit. We have aggressive plans to grow in India and seek a dynamic Leader who can strategize and lead commercial excellence initiatives for South Asia.
- This individual will be part of the India Leadership team to lead the Business for long- and short-term Business Development and financial performance.
Accountabilities:- Manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives
- Utilize KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, models across the organization to inform and support decision making
- Consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support
- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team's data analysis on Commercial Excellence
- Able to very quickly come up to speed on different businesses and perform research and data analysis
- Identify and employ relevant research sources and analytical tools
- Produce timely, high quality, error-free research, analysis and output
- Driving insights through data analysis - Story-lining the deliverable to prove/disprove hypotheses
- Understand business needs and situations and adapt to expectations
- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
- Communicate data and clearly explain insights and implications for the business
- Consistently provide responsible feedback in all interactions; recognize team's development needs and provide feedback toward constant improvement
- Creating data-driven reports and presentations that promote business Intelligence services.
- Developing goals, objectives, and plans of action with senior management to use BI tools to improve business performance.
- Monitoring market trends to identify future issues or business possibilities.
- Designing and implementing data solutions that help the company make better decisions, enhance operations, and maximize performance.
- Working with stakeholders from across the organization to identify possibilities for harnessing data to produce business value,
- Developing and executing reporting and analytics programmes that provide corporate users with insightful data.
- Considering patterns, correlations, and trends when analyzing data to support business decisions.
- Using SQL queries to extract data from databases for reporting and analysis.
- Using data visualizations to communicate complex information easily.
- Maintaining financial control on BI and ensuring that resources are utilized effectively.
- Keeping up with the newest market developments and industry best practices for data management, warehousing, and business intelligence.
Key Relationships:- Reports to General Manager, KCP South Asia
- India Senior Leadership Team, Sales Team
Qualifications & Competencies:- 7+ years of experience in related job with experience of using statistical methods, modelling, analytical methodologies and data analysis skills
- Graduation/Post graduation in finance, statistics or quantitative field.
- Experience of managing projects
