ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution for our D2C E-commerce business. - To launch campaigns on time and on budget. - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Should be skilled in Google ads, Facebook ads, Programmatic media - Stronghold and manage a large budgets in different social channels. - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR : - Minimum 1+ years of experience in paid marketing experience - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Strong attention to detail even when under pressure - Ability to drive projects forward relatively independently
