Key Responsibilities: As a Financial Analyst, your primary job would fall into the following categories : 1. Prepare and maintain Kiddopia's Financial Model: - Update the historicals in the model on a monthly basis and make structural changes. - Revise model projections on a quarterly basis and work with the planning team & various business teams to discuss, negotiate and finalize projections for various important assumptions and business milestones in the model. - Continually work to towards building automation in the modelling process 2. Prepare external reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis: - Understand the business metrics and reporting requirements of Kiddopia, taking inputs from investors, and internal business teams. - Update monthly/quarterly reporting materials and prepare updates for investors to enable them to understand the key business trends of the last month / quarter. 3. Market Research - Study the competition and market to have a holistic view while modelling growth of the company. - Prepare presentations based on research to help management take decisions for the business. Requirements: - 2-3 years experience at CEO's office or strategy or IR team / Investment Banking / Consulting from top firms. - Proactive; takes ownership of projects. - Strong understanding of Financial Modelling and financial & economic concepts. - Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is a must. - Experience with Tableau/PowerBI & SQL will be considered as an added advantage. - Ability to work independently as well as a team. - Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal teams / external stakeholders. - Problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
