Job Purpose :
- Maintaining and increasing Sales Assigned area.
- Reaching the targets and goals.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers.
Job Requirements :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets in line with overall company strategy.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
- Discuss for Marketing and Product Development matters with National Head - Strategy &
Marketing to ensure brand consistency :
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board in line with company strategy.
- Reporting to Directors.
Qualification And Experience :
- Post Graduation Degree in Business Administration
- Preferably from building material industry
- Must be able to make sales strategy and drive the organization to next level.
- Results-oriented and team player
- Minimum 15 years' experience in a related field
- With existing network of contacts among architectural firm, Carpenters, Fabricators, Contractors, real estate developers, builders.
Team Details :
- 70+ team members including Regional Head/Zonal Head, Area Managers, Asst. Manager
Soft Skills :
- Master of Business Administration or similar relevant field
- In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and data driven problem solver
