About Role As the VP of Finance and Accounts, you will: - Be responsible for taking on a leadership role in managing the financial operations of the company, making decisions and providing strategic financial input to senior management. - Oversee all accounting process. - Play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our social enterprise. - This position will provide a competent person with ample upward movement opportunities within 1 to 2 years. Must haves: - You have 6-10 years in financial management experience. - You have strong Financial Management - forecasting, fund raising, budgeting, cashflows, audits, Managerial and Tax Accounting experience. - You have led teams, people and developed talent. - You have Financial Reporting Software knowledge. Preferred: - You have worked in a fast scaling social enterprise or product-based company. - You have CA/CMA/CIMA and/or Bachelor- s/Master's Degree in Finance.
