Job Role: Sr. Associate : Due Diligence

Work in a small team environment for Information Technology clients and assist in Closing of transactions.

- Supporting Due Diligence of M&A and Equity Fundraising assignments

- Support the senior team by assisting in financial analysis, risk assessment, business review, and client transaction preparation.

- Organizing all due diligence materials and filling a data room

- Communicating any identified risks or perceived issues and supporting those facts to others on the deal team.

- Experience in Company Law is an added Bonus

- Primarily looking at people that can produce fast-turnaround and are able to manage a steep learning curve

- Need to be based out of Bangalore
