Job Description : - Work in a small team environment to support execution of M&A and Equity fundraising assignments - Strong financial modelling skills - Work on creating pitch decks/CIM - Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills - Ability to build client relations - Support the senior team in communication with prospective buyers and sellers - Assist the senior team in liaising with clients for information requests - Support in financial due diligence Things You Should Know: - We are a small team with a specialisation in technology and new-age businesses - Primarily looking for candidates who can quickly turnaround and are able to manage a "steep learning curve" - Need to be based out of Bangalore Qualifications / Attributes: - CA/CFA - Prior work experience that includes working with an investment banking/management consulting firm or a Big4 - Prior experience in Finance Due Diligence is a plus
