Khetal Advisors - Senior Analyst/Associate - Due Diligence/Investment Banking - CA

Khetal Advisors is a boutique Investment Banking firm providing strategic M&A /fundraising advisory to our corporate and institutional clients in India and overseas.

Job Description:

- Work in a small team environment to support Due Diligence

- Support all the activities of fund raise / M&A transaction till closure

- Obtaining an understanding of the proposed transaction

- Support the team by assisting in financial analysis, risk assessment, business review, and client transaction preparation

- Support the target company to prepare data room for the purpose of due diligence

- Review definitive agreements (SPA, SHA etc.)

- Communicating any identified risks or perceived issues and supporting those facts to others on the deal team

- Liaise with several teams for the transaction including, tax, legal and other advisors

- Assist in preparing and reviewing content/data used in client solutions and assist in research and analysis of industry trends

- Build client relations and assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients

- Support the senior team in communication with prospective buyers and sellers

- Assist the senior team in liaising with clients for information requests

The key focus will be on deals in the Technology & Digital sector (includes Tech startups, IT services, BPM, Software, Fintech, Healthtech etc.)

Qualifications / Attributes:

- CA with a good academic background

- Prior experience in Finance/Tax Due Diligence is a must

- Primary work location: Bangalore

Salary offered: 7-11LPA
