Job Description :

- Work in a small team environment and execute cross border M&A deals specifically for Information Technology clients

- End to End creation of Pitch Book, Financial Model and any other collateral required for Deal Making

- Should be able to manage the entire process ie. deal origination, manage the deal, get competing offers, assist in DD and deal closure

Things You Should Know :

- We are a small team with a specialization in Technology and New Age businesses

- Primarily looking at people that can produce fast-turnaround and are able to manage a "steep learning curve"

- Need to be based out of Bangalore

Qualifications/ Attributes :

- Prior work experience that includes working with investment banking, management consulting and/or large firms with active deal origination businesses is a bonus

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Investment Banking with at-least 1 yr of experience as deal maker

- MBA from a top tier B school
