Operations Manager - Supply Job description : - Managed the supply side of operations; making drivers on board; training of drivers. - Managed influencers of community and convincing them for our product and process. - Regularly check activities of operation executive through performance metrics. - Setting process for daily operations that boost up supply. - Observe data analytically and make quality decision. Skills Required: - Execution oriented: Getting things done on ground; has a i can do attitude. - Passionate and owns work proactively. - Aptitude with strong analytical skills is very essential. - Effectively work in cross functional role and drive the project with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in managing business or operations on ground on supply side . - Good in cross functional team - Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiated partnerships. - Experience in startup environment is big advantage. - Preferred to have MBA from IIT or Tier 1 college.
