Job description : Responsibilities and Duties : - End to End Responsible for leading demand centric strategies for the company - Own the retention metrics and make it the best for the industry - Set up the foundation to execute the customer engaging campaigns using data, analytics, tools / platforms - Work with cross functional team eg Product, Operations, Launch etc to execute the plan - Link the retention and usage metrics to customer acquisition strategy - Coordination with Business Analytics team to identify key consumer trends, identify gaps and generate action points - Responsible for designing engaging rider side offers and discounts as per cluster type, existing demand size and key consumer trends - Coordination with ground operations team to seamlessly land all demand side initiatives on ground - Work closely with Product and Tech team to add impactful rider side features into the product - Hawk Eye view on rider engagement on App, Cashless transactions and subscription sale growth. Strategize initiatives to increase comprehensive online penetration parameters. - Aptitude with strong analytical skills is very essential. Ability to observe data analytically and make quality operational decisions - Work closely with multi-functional team; stakeholder management with other teams. Characteristics and Qualifications : - Must be creative and enjoy working in within a small entrepreneurial environment that is mission driven, results driven and community oriented - High capability to handle data to understand user behaviour and come up with useful insights - Strong & relevant educational background. Tier 1/2 MBA / Engineering preferred. - 3+ years of strong and relevant experience - Prior Experience in Mobility/ Logistics would be preferred
