The role will also closely partner with MIS or FPA team to shape reporting. - Key responsibilities include Budgeting & forecasting , Planning, Monthly/Quarterly Performance reports, B, MIS and Financial reporting, setting up process & control, Operational & Financial metrics analysis, etc. - Drive targets with Business teams and help them with gap analysis and improvement plans. - Work closely with the operation & business managers to drive down inefficient costs and optimize for steady-state costing. - Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management. - Provide recommendations and enable decisioning based on data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving metrics - Automation of reporting and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
