What will I do? Research : - Building a deep understanding of the MSME sector in India from an investor's perspective - Mapping the market to identify potential global investors in the space - Maintain strong sector expertise and stay current on all industry related investing and M&A activities Relationship Building : - Working closely with the Leadership Team to build an understanding of the company's financials, product roadmap and strategy - Creation and running of investor outreach program to facilitate future fundraise - Support all processes including investor messaging, financial modeling and investor materials during the fundraise cycle Cross-functional Projects : Working closely with senior leaders of the organization on cross-functional projects initiated by the CEO's Office Who will be a good fit ? - You have spent 2 to 4 years in Venture Capital or Private Equity looking to get operating experience in startups - You have a structured problem-solving approach and are hands-on while creating solutions - You are highly organized and methodical in your problem solving approach - You are a master at analyzing data to generate insights - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - You are a champion collaborator and can work with various teams with ease
