Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze Partner and merchant data from multiple sources and dashboards to drive engagement and generate insights to grow business

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and present results effectively to key stakeholders.

- Work closely with the Business Analytics team to design and improvise Looker dashboard for business for efficient decision making

- Analyze Partner and merchant churn data and help identify strategy for revival of the partners and merchants.

- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights

- Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions

- Bring to light latent potential by being analytical and presenting business insights.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics driving business growth

- Expert knowledge of Excel

- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.

- Prior experience in the Payments, E-Commerce and Banking industry.
