Job Objective:  Job Purpose  - To drive continuous learning and development at KPML by formulating and executing the training and development strategy with the objective of enabling employees to deliver superior performance and enhancing their growth and development  - To enhance the experience of working for current and prospective employees of KPML by driving employee engagement initiatives  - To monitor all administrative services to ensure the effective provision of services to the employees and provide them with a cost-effective, safe and secure work environment; ensure cost minimization & superior services to internal stakeholders  Primary Responsibilities:  Learning & Development:  - Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, TNI, appraisal and regular consultation with managers  - Design and develop training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individual's needs  - Design the training calendar and ensure adherence to it; ensure timely communication of training calendar to all relevant departments/personnel  - Send timely communication to employees on training programs- nominations, training programme outline, course material, reminder emails etc.: Ensure adequate coverage of training programs across all levels and functional areas in the organization  - Plan for logistics, infrastructure for delivery of training programs; coordinate with external trainers/institutes for delivery of training programmes  - Ensure high attendance for the training programs by sending timely reminders to employees and their reporting managers  - Monitor the development of individual learning plans for identified employees  - Monitor effectiveness of pieces of training by using tools like questionnaires and surveys and through discussions with employees, managers, and superiors  - Incorporate new training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing training programs  - Creation a robust central training database for the organization and update the same on a regular basis  - Identify external training and accreditation bodies and agencies necessary to deliver required training of appropriate standards  Employee Engagement  - Identify concern areas which instigate the overall employee dissatisfaction across the organization  - Identify probable initiatives which would help create an employee delight in KPML  - Formulate an employee engagement calendar with activities to be carried out and take approval based on sanctioned budgets  - Execute the employee engagement activities as per calendar and ensure complete adherence HO administration including travel  Oversee and monitor administrative activities at Corporate such as:  - Business travel requests  - Office infrastructure  - Furniture and fixtures  - Cafeteria Management and supplies  - Guest House management and maintenance  - Handling inward/ outward couriers  1. Receive, sort and distribute any physical mails, physical deliveries, and couriers received in office  2. Collate all couriers, dispatch, and maintain the record of the same  - Co-ordination for visitor accommodations at hotels  - Petty Cash Management  1. Keep a stock of inventory related to:  - Refreshments required in meetings/ for guests  - Cafeteria  - Office stationery  2. Keep the record of petty cash required:  - To maintain inventory for refreshments required in meetings/ for guests  - To procure refreshments for events and birthdays  - To procure office stationery  - To procure cafeteria supplies  3. Co-ordinate with Finance for petty cash and collate and give records  - Ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise as per defined SLAs  - Oversee the admin and facilities related activities at the corporate and monitor the performance of all vendors in this regard  - Provide inputs in finalization of vendors/ service providers  - Define timelines for the various contracted administration related processes such as travel requisition etc. and ensure adherence to same  - Ensure regular communication to employees and create awareness on health and safety standards  - Manage the organization's entire physical security efforts w.r.t. human and asset security, and identify & implement security initiatives and standards for the organization  - Ensure effective management of outsourced vendors and oversee provision of quality service by the vendors in line with the agreed service levels & take appropriate action in case of non-compliance  E.
