QA Manager

- We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing and managing quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.

- The QA Manager will create, implement and maintain test plans, scenarios, and procedures for new software releases and ensure that the software meets quality standards.

- Additionally, they will collaborate with other teams to identify project risks and recommend steps to minimize those risks, and develop and implement software quality assurance plans.

- The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, as well as familiarity with QA methodology and project management. Additionally, experience with QA automation tools and processes is strongly desired.

Responsibilities :

- Create test plans, scenarios, and procedures for new software

- Identify project risks and recommend steps to minimize those risks

- Develop and implement software quality assurance plans

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts

- Execute automated tests and analyze results

- Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics

- Document and report software defects and errors

- Work with developers to resolve software issues

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager

- Experience with QA automation tools and processes

- Familiarity with QA methodology and project management

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of software development life cycle
