Job responsibilities: Broad-based Compensation: Responsible - Maintain effective grades structure through job evaluation. - Manage initiatives around benchmarking surveys, liaise with consulting firms. - Maintain pay ranges across levels and functions. - Share guidance with Hiring Managers and HRBPs. - Set guidelines for increases and own the salary distribution process. - Deploy innovative incentive programs across short-term and long-term horizons. Organization Development: Responsible - Performance analytics: partner standards publication, practice & partner dashboard / metrics evolution, productivity roadmaps, external comparability. - Accelerate partner development: yearly talent review, development plan completion, detailed career plans for 20 partners. - Team effectiveness: collaboration accelerating trainings, pulse surveys for assessments; group impact roadmap for Executive Committee, Management Committee, Parter Advisory Board, etc. - Communication: playbook and partner training, process completion, participation in communication decisions, rewards statement design. Essential Competencies (Skills & Attributes): - Understand the business value chain to map the impact on people priorities. - Manage the performance management lifecycle to enable consistent high performance. - Make pay recommendations during hiring and annual increment cycles. - Actualize talent outcomes by working effectively with HR Centers of Expertise. - Create a scorecard, report progress and showcase impact of people interventions. - Drive levers of change: commitment, communication, capability, consequence, and culture. - Learn statistical and visualization techniques for extensive model testing. - Interface directly with various Allied Functions leaders as needed. - Advanced business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language; Quality orientation and eye for details; Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects Education : MBA in HR or Strategy from Tier 1 Schools. Post Graduation is mandatory. Experience : Prior MBA experience in HR or Consulting is an advantage
