We are seeking a young dynamic MBA/CA to join our experienced Investment Banking and Asset / Portfolio Management team. Primary responsibilities include: - Conduct quantitative and qualitative fundamental research on Indian listed companies - Perform Operational and financial risk analysis of Companies and recommend equity ideas - Monitor company performance trends, corporate actions, market data to systematically analyze trends and capture opportunities - Build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models including DCF. - Assist the M&amp;A team and Corporate finance team to spot opportunities across sectors. The line of work will also include IPOs and secondary issuances. The analyst will work closely with the Senior Management and perform Research and due diligence on the deals. Qualifications - Self-motivated and to work independently, - Entrepreneurial self-starter who will thrive in a non-hierarchical, unstructured environment; demonstrates strong drive; possesses the flexibility to take on stretch assignments - Demonstrated aptitude for substantial financial analysis is essential along with financial modeling skills - Excellent and effective written and oral communication skills - Passion for capital markets &amp; Investing is a must with strong ethics and integrity
