Keya Foods - Manager - Trade Marketing

JD :

- Work closely with the sales teams and category to plan monthly/quarterly/annual trade marketing programs at various levels; national, regional, city specific, GT and MT.

- Develop annual financial plan and budget for Trade marketing activities and ensure its effectiveness.

- Ensure swift execution, rigorous reviews and frugal corrections in the trade programs to ensure market success.

- Plan and Implement all trade marketing plans, like visibility drives, consumer promos, channel programs, distribution drives, trade offers, QPS etc. by proper communication down the line to sales Team (RSM's/ASM's/RMM's)

- Conceptualize and implement BTL activations for the categories as per the annual trade marketing calendar.

- POSM execution - deployment of all POSM and ensuring optimum utilization of same

- Develop and share post-activity reports, analysis, and regular status updates on marketing programs with relevant stakeholders to facilitate decision making on revising strategy.

- Regular monitoring of the efficiencies and ROI for various trade marketing initiatives through proper tracking mechanism and taking appropriate corrective measures

- Management and monitoring of promoters performance on weekly basis. Tracking effectiveness of promoters and take corrective actions.

- Training the promoters and equip them with requisite tools to enable effective promotions

- Liaise with vendors and develop innovative point of sale options for visibility and promotions at GT and MT

- Manage merchandising, POSM & visibility at Point of Sale

Experience :

- 6-7 years experience in sales across mass segments (ASM level candidate) or core trade marketing experience with sound business sense, knowledge of retail dynamics and an inclination for marketing

Skill Sets :

- Strong analytical skills, Communication and presentation skills

Qualification : Preferably MBA
