The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the partner channel for insurance cross -sell at the location
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
- Responsible for Motor, health premium generation thru channel partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Education Requirements
- MBA, Preferably (Marketing)
- Having 3-5 yrs work experience
- Candidate with good Communication and Leadership Skills
- Candidate with prior Channel Management wil be preferred
