Key eCommerce Account Manager - D2C - Apparel Industry (4-7 yrs)

Our client is a leading Bengaluru based- brand within the apparel industry, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Key Ecommerce Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in E-commerce background along with knowledge about vendor central and seller central portals.

About Role :

- To build, maintain and manage business relationship with key marketplace accounts and maximize revenue

- Achieve fiscal sales and margin plans for key eCommerce accounts

- Develop and grow customer relationships with key accounts to improve the position in the category, on-site placements, and ability to execute strategic priorities.

- Work with Supply Chain Operations to ensure availability and in-stock status of all items during the key selling season to reduce chargebacks, out-of-stocks, and lost sales opportunities

- Work with Accounting teams to resolve invoicing and chargeback issues accurately and timely

- Proactively identify issues and develop innovate solutions

- Regularly getting relevant data for our business. Getting information about the category and competition activities

- Responsible for timely communication of new launches, offers and promotions, changes in SKU master and any other relevant communications

- Identification of digital marketing opportunities with different e Com platforms.

- Responsible to identify new business opportunities regarding new players, more products with same platform and increase of current business.

- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis.

What you'll need:

- Educational background - Graduation, MBA is preferred

- Minimum 4 years of E-commerce background is compulsory. Experience in selling to e-tailers in the e-commerce channel.

- Must have working knowledge of Vendor central and Seller central portals.

- Must possess strong selling and negotiating skills.

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Highly analytical and data driven

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Must be willing to learn

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Strong bias for Action
