Job Position: Key Business Manager –KBM

Location: Delhi/NCR

Package: 20-30% Hike from Current CTC

Key Result Areas:

Reporting to: AVP / Chief Manager – HNI Distribution

- Handling a Team of 20 distributors and few sub brokers .Their job profile is to recruit Corporate agents and
Distributors.

Specific Responsibilities: Devise Strategy to acquire leads/ make new HNI clients / distributors & train them.

- To retain the HNI relationships to ensure continuous business through them.

- To ensure high quality customer service to HNI relationships.

- To do competitors mapping & analysis Key Performance Indicators: No. of unique relationships added, Target
achievement, Customer Service, Product Mix

- Conducting and Hosting of R& R, Agents contest launch, product launch

Key Inter-relationships

- Internal (Team Members, Employees)

- External (HNI Clients, brokers, distributors) Giving sales, product Training to Distributors and their team members & IC-33 training for new Distributor to Ensure they must get coded.
