Here is a profile for the Affiliate Marketing Specialist role :

Develop our global affiliate marketing strategy with a localization plan per market

- Measure affiliate performance across all markets (currently Canada)

- Structure the core affiliate compensation, adapting as necessary for specific affiliate types and partners (Using CJ/Tune/and direct)

- Find and build relationships with top affiliates and develop incentive programs (Using CJ/Tune/and direct)

- Create regular promotions for affiliates (Using CJ/Tune/and direct)

- Expand the program through affiliate recruitment(Using CJ/Tune/and direct)

- Drive subscribers through the affiliate channel

- Educate wider marketing teams in affiliate marketing

- Work closely with the commercial team on partner involvement

- Work with partners to include them in the affiliate program, where appropriate

- Establish global reporting, analysis, actions, and insights

Salary Offered: 5 - 14 LPA
