Key Accounts Manager (Retail Liability)
Job Description :
- This is a Liability (Fixed Deposit) sales profile wherein the incumbent is expected to source & manage key customer relationships, comprising of Trusts, Societies, HNI, Corporates etc. This is a Direct Sales profile, with focus on some key niche segments.
- Aspirants from other Housing Finance Companies / Insurance Companies / Mutual Fund companies / Banks, operating only in the field of Fixed Deposit/Mutual Fund/Insurance/Banking Sales are eligible.
- The aspirant should have very clear concept and visibility of Sales & the various related aspects prevailing in the retail financial market.
- Should have a very strong communication skill, excellent product knowledge, convincing attitude, smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, soaring passion for sales activities, quick learner, amicable and has an excellent liaison maintaining capacity.
- Acquisition of new customers for Liability Products (Fixed Deposits)
- Responsible for achieving productivity targets for numbers & Value
- Deepening the existing customers relationships through cross selling
- Maintain monthly & quarterly sales activity plan and ensure flawless execution
- Strategy and Product Plans for engaging with various customer segments
- Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition
Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Housing Finance Companies/Insurance/Mutual Fund / Financial Services or equivalent.
- Having good relations and contacts with top clients is a must.
Required skill(s) : Good Communication, Negotiation Skills.
