Looking for candidate working in / worked in Reliance Retail as Category Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Drive customer engagement with key accounts headquartered in the respective location through alignment of business plans, joint business planning leading to in-store execution excellence
- Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in the modern trade channel
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
- Drive execution of store initiatives through alignment of the sales operation and manpower
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with regional chain accounts
- Execution of all national and regional agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates to manage our key accounts with large format retailers. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years experience of sales in modern retail in a similar FMCG category in a middle management/leadership role. He/ she will also have current/ previous work experience with a modern trade retailer.
Essential Qualification:
- MBA from Tier- I school
- 4-8 years of experience in FMCG sales in modern trade
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Preferred FMCG industry with experience of working at large retail chains
