Role:
1. Business Planning - Develop the annual account plans. Establish the product range, display & display position for range. Create budget. Implements manning & coverage plans.
2.Account Management - Continuously monitor, report and take appropriate action on variance between actual & plan. Facilitate performance reviews with all major accounts on quarterly basis
3.Account Planning - Implement account level business growth program. Prepare monthly sales forecast. Keep abreast on information impacting modern trade in order to cash on opportunity
4.Customer service satisfaction - Facilitate customer needs & formulation of programs to address the same in line with company policies
Skills:
- Preferably candidates with a premier MBA school background (SCMHRD/SP Jain/ NMIMS/ MDI/ MICA etc.) who have worked in Modern Trade as ASM post their first year trainee stint.
- The candidate should have at least 2+ years of MT ASM experience.
- If they have exposure to Key Account Management in MT post the ASM stint - that will be an ideal fit. Else, a 2+ year ASM stint in MT will be the min criteria to follow.
- Excellent understanding of sales, methods & process
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication , Influence, coaching skills
- Proven experience in working in a Matrix organization and building diverse teams
- Budget - 2017 batch pass outs (upto 40lacs) and 2018/2019 batch passouts (upto 28lacs)
