This role is important for executing MT setup. This role will translate company business plans into key deliverables for AP and Telangana geographies. The business plans include creating required infrastructure, distributor Network, Distribution points, deliver in store excellence and sales targets. This will be an individual contributor role to begin with.

Planning Role:

- Deploy - person neutral- systems, processes and Ways of Working which lead to a fundamentally solid Sales Engine in his/her specific geography.

- Influence Key stakeholders such as LM, Trade Marketing, Sales development, Marketing and Regional Category teams of Retailers to align and garner necessary support to meet growth ambitions in the mid to long term.

- Maximize throughputs of trade spends (as per agreed norms) and ensure delivery of In Store Visibility and execution as per MARS standards leveraging tools available.

Execution:

- Deployment & Execution of period, quarterly and Annual business Plans

- Deployment and execution of all promotions and BTL activations planned by the National Key account team

- Driving the team Merchandisers and Promoters to deliver the picture of success at the point of sales

- Driving for all Initiatives planned in the geography towards category management or any other Initiative planned

Key Account Management:

- Handling the regional Chains that may exist in the region and conduct Key Account management function for those set of chains.

- Key account management role would mean engaging with the Chains category Teams for Business planning and delivery, Promotion & Visibility planning and driving for Desired market Shares

- The Role would require the KAM to engage in Data Analytics and derive insights to be applied in driving business with the Regional Chains

- Responsible for topline for Regional Key Account Sales & National Chains in the assigned geography

Market Functions:

- Account-wise planning to ensure achievement of business targets through infrastructure, visibility and service levels

- Size and seize market level opportunities by building a strong business case around them and getting necessary investments and efforts to realize them

- Engage with accounts and distributors so as to create collaborative, long term relationships with them to support growth ambitions

- Ensure delivery of In Store Visibility and execution as per MARS standards leveraging tools available

People Function:

- Recruit desired numbers of FSA's / KAE's / Promoters and Merchandisers of targeted profiles within specific timelines

- Implement structured training interventions as per agreed calendar to continuously up skill his FSA / KAE / Promoter & merchandiser team

- Lead, Monitor, Motivate and drive performance by leverage selling tools and incentive programs as designed by the company

1. Education & Professional Qualification

MBA degree

Required to have performed an ASM Sales role for at least 2 years

2. Knowledge/Experience

Bachelors with 5-7 years- experience or MBA with 2-3 years- Experience

Experience within Food industry preferred
