Key Accts Manager ( Modern Retail ) -- MNC Durable & Lifestyle Major Co

Responsible for Key Accounts Sales ( Departmental Stores ) at PAN INDIA LEVEL.

Ensure smooth functioning of - Sales & Operations Manage Sales of multiple LFR chains

LFR Chains Handling :

Shoppers Stop, Life Style, Central, Westside, Brand Factory, Mega Mart, Reliance Trends,

- Define and Set Annual budgets - Region wise/Chain wise/Store wise

- Profitability analysis for individual store - Area per square feet

- Monthly Analysis - Category wise/Product wise

- Internal & External coordination for overall smooth operations

- Team Productivity and Team Size management - Region wise/Chain Wise/Store wise

- Analysis and tracking - Competition Activities/Trends

- Smooth Implementation & Execution of Brand Offers/Schemes

- Coordinating with Design team for product feedback and improvements
