Key Accounts Manager - Logistics

Responsible for the complete account business and its P&L . Work closely with Sales to ensure the additional business and Ops for Operational KPI are achieved.

Key Tasks:

1. Business growth of the account - Get into at least 50% of the opportunity

2. Analysis, Review, and follow-up - Account Performance Parameters

3. Monthly / Qtrly QBR

4. Complete Account Mapping - Existing and Potential Business

5. Ensure Agreement and Its time renewal

6. P&L review of the account and bring in necessary correction as desired

7. Monthly / Qtrly NDC

Account Management (60%)

- Development of existing account - to grow the revenue

- Retention of customer & Increase the volume of business (Share of Wallet) from the existing customers

- Gather detailed customer data to be aware of the customers activity

- Know the detailed decision-making cycle of the customer

- Should be updated on any customer related information changes that occurs within that organization

- P&L responsibility of the account

- Monthly/Qtrly NDC

Account Renewals (20%)

- Review performance of the services along with customer as part of offering in QBR/MBR process

- Identify ongoing service issues and provide solutions to the customer in co-ordination with Customer Service, Operations, Sales and General Management.

DSO & Collectionv(20%)

- Review performance on Collection & DSO

- Responsible to work closely with Accounts Receivable team for collections.

Relevant Experience

Minimum: MBA/ Master's degree or equivalent

- Minimum 10-15 years of overall experience in Key Accounts /Sales

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a 3Pl / Contract Logistics Retail/FMCG/PHARMA/FMCD Verticals

- Proven record of superior sales/ business development performance

- Result orientation with strong analytical capabilities

- Strong understanding of key financial/ business metrics

- Willingness to run through walls to accomplish a goal

- Ability to multitask as well as succeed in a rapidly changing environment
