Leading IT service management company is looking for Key Accounts Manager for Mumbai office.  KAM will be responsible to handle key accounts into BFSI Industry.  Note:Person should be from IT Product/services sales   Responsibilities  1. Minimum 20-25 Cr business Target from set of Customers engagement.  2. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers.  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.  4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.  5. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.  6. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.  7. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.  8. Develop new business from the clients to exceed sales quotas.  9. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)  10. Prepare reports on account status.  11. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with pre-sales/Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure growth attainment.  12.
