Key Accounts Manager (Head) - Auto OEMs

- Handling OEM Clients.

- Planning against customers delivery schedule and following with production department for the timely production of the materials.

- Knowledge of planning for sales and forecasting of OEM customers.

- To develop new products timely to meet Customers expectation and requirement.

- To make business plan and Strategy based on the Market Scenario and competition.

- Business promotion, new business development OEM marketing.

- Conceptualizing and formulating innovative and effective business strategy for company along with the Business Head.

- Handling the existing customers ( Key Account Management ) their queries complaints their requirement of business and making new clients.

- Candidate having very good interaction with the OEMs like MSIL, HMSI.

- To meet the customer requirements and timely reply to the customer.

- Regular visits to existing customers and major prospective customers with proper post documentation (visit reports, etc.) as well as follow up activities

- Close Communication between HQ And customer for development of new projects with the target customer

- Personally facilitate sales contracts including volume & terms and conditions

- Keep updated on market knowledge, customer requirements, technical and economical trends and identify markets and new customers for existing (and new) products as well as new application markets.

- Responsible for development of new markets and new customers

- Responsible for marketing activities, such as market research and organization of exhibitions in close liaison with corporate marketing

- Develop a 5-year business growth plan and agree content as well as requirements for achievement with HQ

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

BE/MBA with 10-15 years Sales & Marketing experience and a proven track record of dealing in Automotive / Electric OEM's segments.

Keep up-to-date with competitive activities and market trends

Experience with OEM Makers is required

Sales and result driven

Knowledge of the Indian Automotive market

Basic technical understanding

This position is responsible for prospecting new business at top.
