Role

Responsible for commercial planning, trade terms, joint business planning and promotion management for accounts.

Responsible for designing integrated trade terms for Store format

Managing operation for account via Key Account Managers to ensure central alignment execution in stores.

Designing strategy for brands and efficiently managing trade spent to get better ROI on promotions and business plans for growing shares in the account
