Job Responsibilities

To maximize sales from current and potential customers

To ensure achievement of new category business sales now (BVS, Wets, SG)

To develop pipeline Business for next year (PNY)

To be responsible for new product development by pitching for them to the current accounts and client pool.

To develop sales strategies to satisfy business needs

To participate for Product allocation in concerned geographic areas

To identify business opportunities in concerned geographic areas

To keep key watch on developments in market, to incubate ideas for new products

To ensure for proactive pitches and wins

Customer Goals

To be in touch with customers for on going projects

To build brand among the current accounts and client pools

To build and maintain healthy relations with teams at customer's end through out sales cycle

To ensure customer satisfaction (Csat)

To ensure for Sample conversion
