We are currently looking to recruit a sales expert with at least 4 years of hands on experience within the Modern Trade Key Accounts Channel. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will lead the key account negotiation, draw upon the global best practice pool of the organization, make recommendations relevant to market needs, own the ROI on the spend.

- You would also need to ensure proper implementation of Key Accounts Management practices at specific national accounts and ensure customer's compliance to the annual agreements.

- Your technical competencies and behavioral aspects become critical as this position has a steep trajectory towards the next level so the basic building blocks for being a leader need to be in place.

- The organization with which the role is based is an exclusive distributor however, your career will be managed by a global FMCG principal company who offer a strong career path and training and development for their talent pool.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Graduate with preferably an MBA

- 4+ years of experience in FMCG Sales

- Numerically and commercially agile

- Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to challenging working environments

- Malayalam speaking candidates will only be considered for this role.
