Experience required : 7+ yrs experience in handling Key Accounts

Grade Available : AVP/VP

CTC : 30-35 lacs

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drive customer focussed initiatives and be the single point of contact for all tactical and critical scenarios

- Provide best in-class service to clients covering all their financial needs to become their financial partner of choice

- Enhance product penetration in the mapped customer base by leveraging different customer engagement channels

- Offer organization's products with a view to enhance revenue per client by leveraging business opportunities

- Ensure compliance to internal guidelines and regulations by conforming to SOPs, circulars and KYC processes

- Ensure monthly sales targets for designated accounts are met consistently .

- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers

- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branches

- Knowledge of mapping key accounts and ability to communicate well and make presentations to corporates / mass audiences
