Hiring for SVAAS Wellness: a Full Owned Subsidiary of Dr Reddys Laboratories

Must have skill-

Key Account Management, Corporate Sales experience (5 years at least), B2B sales, New Business Development, Revenue Generation, Client Relationship Management, Lead Generation.

Skills required for the Job:

- Previous experience of managing B2B/Corporate sales of Employees wellness product.

- Familiarity with creating and nurturing B2B account relationships.

- Should have existing relationships with key decision makers of corporates of size 500 to 1000 HCs

- Health care market intelligence

- Client service and Negotiations skills

- Highly results oriented and driven to succeed ; Highly ethical and value driven ; Proactive, agile and highly responsive towards achieving goals

- Leveraging key strengths and capitalizing on opportunities with a keen sense of urgency

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to successfully build and maintain networking relationships (both formal and informal)

- Must have good articulation skills.

- Must be presentable.

- Continuously strives for excellence and improvement

- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power point

- Be an interface between buying centres at corporates and the Svaas business and commercial teams.

- Establish relationship with Broking houses to drive sales of SVAAS products

- Generating the leads through existing & new contacts and taking ownership of end-to-end deal closure.

- Drive achievement of periodic sales targets based on a company mandate

- Facilitate interaction between client stakeholders and respective Svaas teams on a need basis (e.g., Finance, Customer Support & Success, Analytics, Product & Tech)

- Experience in business negotiations, contracting, and pricing negotiation on the best packages in line with Svaas mandate and channel strategy

- Ensure all signed contracts adhere to the local regulatory and corporate guidelines and requirements.
