About our Client - Our client is a US-based personal care FMCG company with a global presence in more than 100 countries. Part of the S&P 500 and with over 50,000 employees globally, the company is a global leader in its line of products and they have aggressive growth plans for India. Our Client is currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager (eCommerce) to facilitate business growth through key eCommerce accounts for one of the most renowned brands across globe.

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Manager - Brand Building of the business, the key accountabilities will be:

- Achieving the financial assignments Primary and Secondary sales within the given Sales-Expense Ratio.

- Coordinating with the Brand Building and Digital marketing team to drive marketing activations leading to better offtakes and competitive growth in e-commerce

- Planning and forecasting of Sales, Reporting and Closure of Spends, Marketing Activities

- Responsible for quality of digital shelf, activations and growth in e-commerce channel

- Develop relationships and maintain an understanding of key customers objectives

- Monitoring and maintaining the fill rates for all accounts

- Market planning and execution of promotional strategy to develop the existing business & to increase sales growth.

- Negotiation and Finalization of Agreements with the e-commerce partners with support/ approval of senior management

The Successful Candidate :

- The ideal candidate will be someone who has personally managed key eCommerce accounts by going beyond conventional executions and delivering best in class experiences.

- MBA with 5-6 years of hands-on marketing experience with a mandatory 2-3 years' core Key Account management experience.

- The position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.

- The incumbent should have good interpersonal skills and exposure in business analysis.
