SynergyLink is looking for Key Accounts Manager - Ecomm for FMCG (Food & Beverages) Industry

Location : Mumbai

CTC : 16 to 17L

Handling PAN India

Job Location : Mumbai

He/She will need to Deliver the plan in the E Commerce Channel including E Grocers like Big Basket, Flipkart, Grofers, Amazon etc. and across food tech companies like Zomato, Swiggy and Faasos.

Job Responsibilities :

The job responsibilities include :

- Drive profitable growth across channels

- Work with Supply Chain to deliver Best-In-Class Service Levels

- Work with Marketing team to build and execute a Marketing Calendar for priority customers.

- Develop team members

KPIs :

- Delivery of AOP - Revenue/Channel P&L

- Increase in Penetration/Beverage Incidence

Requirements :

- Understanding of E Comm Business Process

- He/She has to understand the EComm business process.

- The incumbent will need to be proficient in Key Account Management, managing data and leveraging insights to drive the penetration of the brand across platforms.

- He/She should have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing.

- Capable of working under pressure. Capable of working in unstructured environment.

- Prior FMCG experience or working in an E Comm portal is mandatory.

- Entrepreneurial mind set to stuff done quickly and with minimum support.

- Strong communication skills with confidence in communicating / collaborating with senior management
