2+ years of experience working in BFSI sector & preferably selling technology/solutions.
Qualification Any Graduate + MBA (from premier institute)
1. Come up with an effective account-wise strategy to manage the assigned accounts
2. Should be able to perform hunting activity to win new accounts
3. Retention of business from assigned key accounts
4. Growing the business from assigned key accounts at a healthy rate by identifying new opportunities
5. Plan for reaching overall business targets, collection targets & ensure no NPA/Zero bad debts
6. Play the role of key interface between the Customer and all relevant division/functions
7. Manage conflict and come up with effective resolutions as per the defined timelines
8. Develop timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts and update the information
9. Develop a keen sense of market intelligence and keep the concerned departments / Head office appraised of the developments
10. Conduct quarterly review with all Key accounts & ensure smooth operations
11. To manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies and ensure adherence to complaint handling process & resolving all the complaints as per defined timeline
12. Collect enquiries and submit quotations in consultation with Costing Department
13. Negotiate rates and convince the customers' in consultation with the concerned internal authority
14. Follow up and ensure that delivery is made on time and payments are collected within due dates.
15. Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given (Preferably candidate with exp in selling to Banks)
