B Com / B. Sc. / BBA / BMS or Any Graduate/PostGraduate with 4 - 5 years of experience in Key accounts & customer service

Job Description -

- To have a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- To expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- To increase the wallet share of key accounts by cross-selling.

- To achieve forecasted sales target numbers

- To resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with customer complaints.

- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
