Key Accounts Head - Industrial - PAN India

Strategic Account Management:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key -accounts.

- Identify growth opportunities and create strategies to expand market share within the power tools segment.

Client Relationship Building:

- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.

- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively.

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the power tools sector.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive business decisions and product development.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of key account plans.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Leadership:

- Lead a high-performance key accounts team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and compliance with company policies.

Forecasting and Reporting:
