Key Account Manager/Zonal Manager - Females only
Candidate must have:
- Preferably the candidate should be from Key Accounts background only from leading companies such as ICICI Pru, Bajaj, Max life, if allowed then from HDFC Life and TATA AIA from other than H Bank Vertical.
- Effective Communication & Influencing abilities: Communicating effectively with internal & external stakeholders and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets, why and how of what must be done.
- The ability to developing relationship quotient: Developing deep & long-standing relationships with channel partner and bank hierarchy to drive higher engagement and efficiency
- Multi-function stakeholder management experience: Work closely & collaborate with multiple internal functions to get desired output
- The skills to mauver escalations: Ability to effectively manage escalations from partner/customers and get solutions that are mutually beneficial
- Data & Analytical ability: Interpreting and analysing data to understand problems sharply and analyse proposed solutions.
- Robust Business and channel dynamic understanding: Develop deep understand the business dynamics, value chain and the bank network and identifying areas to solve and value add to businesses
- Insights to drive new initiatives: Design new processes or optimise existing processes to improve over-all business performance. Identify core pain points and solve for optimal channel efficiency
- High ownership: Being hands on & high on ownership with ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations
