Description: Roles & responsibilities:
- Sales Planning and Funnel Management to achieve Monthly Numbers, deliver Volume & and realize Revenue for assigned geography
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders along with negotiating and customizing the Company's offerings regularly.
individual contributor role with frequent travel and new business development.
- Key Account Management for identified business and critical accounts to ensure repeat purchases, and higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improved stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers
- Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates Manage, monitor, and own the end-to-end process by coordinating with the regional and central category fulfillment teams.
Who can apply:
- 3-8 years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, dealing with companies in steel, construction, or building material industries.

- KAM in a B2B set-up with monthly sales targets rather than quarterly targets and frequent travel. (should have handled >15 accounts simultaneously.)
- Industry with shorter sales conversion time ( materials, Telecom, FMCG, commodities, etc.)
- Handling multiple stakeholders at the client level.
- Graduates of new IIMs, SIBM, KJ Somaiya, NMIMS, IMT, etc. 2017 and beyond.
