Company : Client is a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communication Management (CCM) and Case Management solutions)
3 Positions :
- KAM / Software Sales Manager - Middle East (BFSI - Banking & Financial Sector)
- KAM / Software Sales Manager - Middle East (Telecom)
- KAM / Software Sales Manager - Middle East (Government)
Location : Dubai
Must Have : Strong Hardcore Sales experience in Software Sales, ERP, Cloud, CRM, ECM, BPM, etc in Various Sectors (BFSI, Telecom and Government, etc)
Nature of work : This is a mid level position in the sales function. The individual is responsible to manage the entire gamut of sales operations of the region thereby achieving the sales target.
Reports to : Business Head - Middle East
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.
- 6-10 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions in assigned region.
Skill Set Required :
- A good understanding of the organization's business potential and capabilities.
- Should have experience in New Account Acquisition.
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based solutions.
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
- Selling Software Products/Solutions in assigned vertical.
- Ability to do account management & mapping Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
- Devising strategies to maximize sales and realization & implementing them.
- Working with large SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.
- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
- Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
- Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
- Positioning Co with various industry stakeholders
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in various segments.
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
- Effective package of products, develop sales collateral, solution demonstrations to mature genuine leads, strategize new product initiative and future Roadmap.
- Developing enterprise solution, specific to sub vertical customers and engage product marketing team to develop product strategies while creating winning differentiators in the market.
- Managing accounts for repetitive business.
- Create Co's visibility in different areas through participating in events and road-shows.
- Represent Co in Seminars, Webinars and in social media.
- Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
