Key Account Manager - Sales - Transportation & Logistics Vertical - Automatic Data Capture/Process Automation

Our client is a global leader in the automatic data capture and process automation areas and a producer of bar code readers, mobile computers, sensors and laser marking systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - Develop sales in a specific territory by serving existing customers, promoting products and concluding orders Map potential prospects customers in territory.

- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT : Develop new clients for the organization and increase revenues. Drive sales targets

- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT : Prepare / present sales proposal and contracts reflecting pricing guidelines

- EXECUTION REPORTING : Keep customers updated on contract progress and make sure targets are met Collect forecast from the customers and input in the system (SAP)

- BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE : Gather and maintain an appropriate knowledge of the products/services offering.

- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SATISFACTION Monitor the quality of the customer relationship by assuring overall client satisfaction

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor in Engineering/ Degree in Computer science/Electronics

- Overall 6-13 years of which at least 5 years experience in Travel & Logistics business sector on related products (Scanners, sensors, RFID Systems, Mobile Computers, Vision systems and similar Automatic Data Capture/ Automation products) and applications knowledge

SALES COMPETENCIES

- Understand ID products and able to make demos, For Ex : Scanning and Dimensioning

- Understanding of one or more of the following - Automated Scanning Solutions, Machine Vision Cameras, Mobile Terminals, Hand held terminals

- Understand T&L applications in E- commerce companies, logistics and Speed Post

- Understand scanning and Mobility applications needs.
