Job Summary
Key account Management - MSIL & Honda, Pre & Post Sales Operations, key business initiatives & strategies manage customer satisfaction, increase marke t share, sales volume,Customer Relationship, lead generation, NDA,RFQ, cost estimation & negotiation.
Strategic Context and Challenges -
- Primary responsibility : Business Acquisition-RFQ Review, Commercial quote preparation, Negotiation & Finalization of Business
- Ensure profitability of existing business to get necessary cost impact on account of RM/Forex/Any Engineering change.
- Customer relationship management
- Secondary Responsibility:
- Coordinate with PTL to ensure project deliverables are met to meet customer expectation. Single Point Repository of the KAM Reports.
- In charge of the KAM Engagement, Coordinate with CFT.
- Monitor the implementation of the planned KAM Activities.
- Actual vs. plan tracking monthly & Report preparation/ sharing.
- Key Account Core Process Monitoring of key deliverable in Projects & AMIS to ensure customer satisfaction
- Teaming with other functions to ensure timely delivery/execution/service
- Implement monthly reporting on key accounts.
- Account-wise financial Implementation to improve the profitability of each customer account
- Achieving highest customer satisfaction as a preferred supplier
Deliverables :
- Track QCDM process for KAM Operations
- Coordination and implementation of Account-specific standard processes and tools
- Create and maintain standard documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing Project reviews with delivery teams and customers.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintaining the healthiness of CIS by negotiating price increases/Implementing VAVE.
- Negotiating with customers on FX, RM fluctuations and APR's.
- Working closely with global business units for fulfilling the BU deliverables by taking care of divisional interest
- Good communication skills, Presentation skills, exposure to project management and operations/SCM.
Tasks -
- Visit Customer on regular basis, Interact with various function like Purchase Engineering, Vendor development at customer.
- Coordinate with CFT like program management, Engineering, Finance & Purchase, Production to work on new project as well as existing project.
